About the Role xAI is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish at our facility. Memphis, Tennessee and will require about 20% travel. Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company project Manage the delivery of network infrastructure projects from inception through delivery Assist upstream planning and acquisition teams in developing infrastructure requirements, priorities, and delivery date expectations Serve as primary contact for engineering teams and escalate engineering management chains when delivery timelines are at risk Lead project status meetings while keeping downstream teams at xAI aware of project and delivery statuses Oversee all documentation, test results, and technical drawings while working with vendors and xAI staff to coordinate record keeping and communication Ensure a safe and productive work environment Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience working in program management ideally in large scale Tier 3 or 4 facilities 5+ years of experience working in program management Preferred Skills flexibility is required xAI is an equal opportunity employer and does not unlawfully discriminate based on race, color, religion, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, disability, medical conditions, genetic information, marital status, military or veteran status, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics.
