Duties and Responsibilities

Pick up assigned packages from the warehouse and load them into your vehicle in an organized manner.

Deliver packages accurately and on time according to the assigned route.

Use mobile delivery applications to scan packages and upload required proof-of-delivery photos.

Follow all delivery procedures, including photo requirements and return processes.

Handle packages carefully to prevent damage or loss.

Communicate with dispatch or management regarding delays, issues, or delivery exceptions.

Maintain good communication with customers when needed and provide professional service.

Return undelivered packages to the warehouse as instructed.

Maintain a professional attitude with customers and warehouse staff.

Qualifications

Previous delivery or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.

Valid driver’s license and legal ability to drive in the United States.

Reliable vehicle suitable for package delivery, preferably an SUV, van, or similar vehicle.

Ability to lift and carry packages up to approximately 15 lbs.

Basic smartphone skills and ability to use mobile delivery applications.

Detail-oriented, careful, responsible, and punctual.

Job Description

As Cash Management Services Teller, you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coin, and check deposits for our Loomis customers.

Responsibilities

Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and procedures. Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by denomination. Prepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for each customer assigned.

Requirements

Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write and record numbers. Ability to perform simple computer data entry. Ability to use calculator by touch.

Working Conditions

Full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week performed in 8 hour or split shifts. Work is performed in a room or work area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light. Work is performed from a sitting position (on a stool with back support) or standing position (in front of a 3.5 – 4-foot-high counter)
