Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to solicit feedback, resolve issues, and meet project objectives. Attend city council, town meetings, and design meetings to hear municipal updates, present project information, and answer stakeholder questions. Work independently and with other project managers, engineers, technicians, and contractors to complete projects. Organize, prioritize, and perform work assignments with minimal supervision. Clearly document all project phases and client communication. Provide construction oversight and administration, as needed.
