What You Will Do Support listing marketing: flyers, brochures, feature sheets, open house packets, and signage coordination. Help create video daily for Stories and Reels; photo and vertical video editing in CapCut or Adobe Express. Post YouTube Shorts and videos, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnail selection consistent with brand guidelines. Organize media assets, naming, folders, and tracking deliverables for each listing. Capture behind-the-scenes content at photo shoots and open houses. Execute handwritten direct mail campaigns: list pulls, scripting, pen-to-paper notes, addressing, and mailing coordination. Send weekly listing marketing updates to sellers, covering showings, inquiries, and next steps. You Bring Strong writing, spelling, and attention to detail. Comfortable with Canva, Google Workspace, and at least one short-form video editor. Organized, dependable, and proactive with a clean aesthetic sense. Nice to have: experience with real estate marketing, email platforms, or print production. Details Part-time: about 5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
