    Chiropractor Boston, MA No Weekend work Great Benefits! We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in the Boston/Brockton area in MA. This is a true associate position in a busy, successful personal injury practice. We are not a wellness practice. Injured people need chiropractic care too! We need the incoming Chiropractor to focus on treating your patients and doing your notes, just be a doctor! We’ve been doing this for over 30 years, and we have the systems and team in place. We will train you in all aspects and make you a better doctor. We have a fantastic team in place, and as a testament to our company, most of our Chiropractors have been with us 8+ years. We are looking for a true team player who is looking to make a long-term commitment. This is a Monday-Friday, no weekends job. Patient hours are 11:30-7:30 that means no sitting in rush hour traffic! Duties: Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care Treatment- Chiropractic Care- full spine adjusting, rehab and various therapies and modalities Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in MA New graduates and experienced chiropractors (DC) are invited to apply Schedule: Full time Monday - Friday Salary (range): $80k-110k Benefits: Bonus Compensation Monday through Friday schedule NO marketing Paid time off Paid malpractice Paid licensing fees Paid CE Paid credentialing for all health plans Our team provides effective solutions for our patient’s health challenges.     Description Summary: Provides care under supervision of physician or registered nurses for clinic patients, according to established standards and practices. Performs various lab procedures when necessary and in accordance with competency. Responsibilities: Under the direction of the physician; performs basic patient care duties including, but not limited to, obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, and collecting specimens [including phlebotomy (specific to site). Assists provider(s) in examination and treatment of patients and with procedures. Assist with patient flow through the clinic. Answers phone/records phone messages, and assists provider(s) with patient related calls. Assists in scheduling test appointment, results and pre-certification. Documents any information related to patient. Assists provider(s) with medication refills. Administers medications/immunizations according to provider order. Cleans and restocks exam rooms. Cleans equipment in accordance with policy. Orders stock supplies from supply department (specific to site maintains sterile technique and utilizes universal protocol. Performs routine clerical duties assigned, including but not limited to locating patient charts, filing and the completion of routine forms.
