    Position summary The Corporate Receptionist provides 5-star customer service to internal and external customers over email, on the phone, and in person. The primary customer base includes callers, visitors, community members, vendor partners, and Amazon employees. Responsible for building knowledge, and understanding current and future scheduled events/maintenance/and service provider locations. Follow proper procedures to hang and maintain customer posters in all buildings ensuring a presentable environment at all times Ensure program service level agreements and operation standards are exceeded Work collaboratively across the organization with different job levels and departments. Immediately report any suspicious persons, calls and packages to Amazon Corporate Security, NWC supervisors and Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities. Maintain appropriate levels of reception forms and supplies. Take weekly inventory and communicate to the supervisor when supplies need to be ordered. Distribute confidential assets for Amazon employees and/or vendor partners and update associated tracking logs. Ensure physical presence of lobby & workrooms exceed overall visual presence expectations and commissioning standards Customer Experience Welcome customers upon entrance, act as the point of reference for guests & Amazon employees who need assistance or information. Understanding and anticipating customer's needs and providing them with personalized solutions and becoming the customers go to solutions provider. Utilize organization-specific computer programs to check-in guests and confirm validity prior to entering Amazon space. Issue loaner badges according to the specified operating procedures, as requested. Provide support to customers via phone, email or in person to callers, visitors, community members, vendor partners and all guests. Help resolve any escalations with guests and visitors in a professional and polite manner. Immediately communicating escalations to supervisor and call security for assistance, if necessary. Be knowledgeable of local places to eat and other landmarks to visit within the Puget Sound Region, and offer information to guest/Amazon employees as requested. Banana stand addendum Always arrive to the banana stand and ready to work at scheduled time in provided Banista uniform. Assist with daily set-up and/or tear down of stand and ensuring all banana stand related items are placed in appropriate locations. Select work appropriate music to play during operating hours. Unload bananas from boxes into banana stand crates while separating bananas into individual pieces. Remove plastic or other material from the banana bunches. Keep the banana stand crates full and plentiful for the duration of operating hours. Sort any bruised or damaged bananas out and place them in the compost bin. Ensure the banana stand is organized and clean at all times. Monitor the compost bin and facilitate emptying when full. Greet and engage each and every visitor to the stand in a friendly, warm, professional and courteous manner. Banistas are required to provide a 5-star impression at all times. Track daily metrics on distribution, compost, carry-over cases, and additional areas as specified by leadership and/or Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF).     The Role
    The Network Implementation Program Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing a wide variety of projects involving the construction of ISP and OSP facilities, buildings, road moves, etc. Oversees the construction process from conceptualization to completion including the oversight of engineers, construction supervisors, contractors, various trade workers and project managers. Effectively monitors and manages quality and completion of work and resolve issues. Accurately reports on the progress of a project and updates databases as applicable, e.g., FTTx, CDFS, AFOR, and GPON.
    The Main Responsibilities
    This position will include aerial and underground inspections; and audits of contractors performing inspections, corrections, and foreign pole transfers in accordance with the NESC, and Lumen standards.
    This position will also be involved in the development, trials, and implementation of new processes, process documentation, web applications, and field software involving NESC inspections and corrections, and pole transfer work.
    The Network Implementation Program Manager will also be expected to be able to assign and dispatch work to contract inspectors via email or through online database applications, with the ability to assist the contract inspectors in resolving NESC or FPT complex issues.
    The selected candidate will be expected to perform training of contract personnel in the accepted aerial plant inspection and correction methods used by Lumen, as well as the associated field software applications.
    An understanding of the NJUNS database, JRM, JRM Collect, JRM Notify, BidMaster and SAP is a must.
    In addition, the successful candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; and proficient/comfortable with Microsoft Excel to include the development of forms, the use of internal and external hyperlinks, as well as simple functions and their structure (i.e. COUNT, COUNTIF, SUBTOTAL, SUM, etc.).
    Familiarity with the current Lumen RUS coding is a must in the contract inspection position as well as the ability and desire to continuously learn new systems and applications.
    Knowledge of the NESC, OSP construction techniques, telecom industry OSP best practices, and overall maintenance of a safe job site is a must; with the ability to determine cost effective solutions to bring into compliance complex aerial cable problems.
    The successful candidate works with other team members to assure timely completion, quality work and safe working practices throughout the labor and billing cycle.
    This Network Implementation Program Manager position supports Lumen Unifying Principles, works with team members across several disciplines including Business and Consumer, Network Services, various customer groups including homebuilders, general contractors, and sub-contractors.

    The Role
    The Network Implementation Engineer II will be required to perform both, Engineering and Construction Project Administrator (CPA) functions for this area. Engineering requires evaluating, planning and designing network build solutions with approved technology and architecture, and issuing the projects to Construction. The Engineer will coordinate with developers and builders for new development, meet with government entities for preservation road project/infrastructure work, and work closely with Operations for rehab and maintenance issues and resolve held service orders for their area. The Engineer will be responsible for CWIP and closure of all their projects in a timely manner. SiteTracker system will be used for all facets of job duties. The CPA duties will include coordinating, scheduling and inspecting all placement and splicing activities with the local LE contractor, meeting service dates, ensuring a quality product to Lumen and paying the vendor.

    Almost 2M patients suffer from plaque psoriasis (PsO) in the US, and while 90% of them have received a diagnosis, only ~150k of them are treated with biologic therapies. The past 5 years have registered many new biologic therapies entering the moderate-to-severe PsO landscape, bringing HCPs and patients expectations for the efficacy-safety trade off to new levels, and still highlighting unmet need for the patients suffering from this chronic, many times debilitating condition.
    The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a customer-facing (~80%) role responsible for designing customer engagement strategy and building productive relationships with Speakers, National/Regional Medical Experts (MEs) and other key influencers in their assigned geography.
    The TLL will build advocacy and support for Novartis Brand(s) among thought leaders using approved materials and will serve as primary contact with these key influencers. The TLL will connect Thought Leaders with other relevant parts of the Novartis organization (e.g., Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs) while maintaining compliance with guidelines on appropriate medical/commercial collaboration.
