As a HouseCalls Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant), you will conduct annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other plan members. This is a non-prescribing, field-based role focused on improving health outcomes through education, gap closure, and collaboration with primary care providers (PCP).

     

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments, including: Past medical history review, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and physical examEvidence-based screenings and point-of-care testing (as appropriate)Identify and document diagnoses for care management and treatment planningCommunicate findings to members' PCPs to address gaps in careRecognize urgent/emergent situations and intervene appropriatelyEducate members on disease processes, medications, and complianceAddress social determinants of health and provide referrals as needed

    Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 to $164,000.     For identifying, selecting, mixing, and applying chemical or manual solutions to get rid of pests. Identifies pest problem and appropriate solution, applies chemical.

    *Primary responsibilities*
    * Spray chemical solutions near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests.
    * Identify invading pests, including rats, termites, snakes, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitos, or bed bugs.
    * Identify damage to property.
    * Inspect property to ascertain wall and roof porosity and possible sites of pest invasion.
    * Access infested locations.
    * Study preliminary reports and diagrams of infested area and determine treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
    * Measure area dimensions requiring treatment.

    We are seeking an experienced and dependable Carpenter Foreman to lead and supervise carpentry crews on Federal and Commercial construction projects. The Carpenter Foreman is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing daily carpentry activities while ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and project schedules. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, extensive hands-on carpentry experience, and the ability to interpret and execute construction documents accurately.


    General Responsibilities

    Supervision & Leadership

    Supervise, lead, and coordinate the daily work activities of carpenters and laborersAssign tasks, provide direction, and ensure crews understand scope, sequence, and quality expectationsMonitor crew productivity and workmanship; take corrective action as neededTrain, mentor, and develop carpentry personnel; promote safe and efficient work practicesServe as the primary point of contact between field crews and project supervision

    Planning & Coordination

    Plan, schedule, and sequence carpentry work in coordination with project schedules and other tradesReview construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to plan labor, materials, tools, and equipmentIdentify potential conflicts, constructability issues, and field conditions; communicate solutions proactivelyCoordinate inspections, quality control reviews, and punch-list activitiesAssist with material takeoffs, ordering, staging, and inventory control

    Quality & Compliance

    Ensure all work meets federal, commercial, and company quality standards, project specifications, and building codesEnforce OSHA, site-specific, and company safety policies; lead by exampleEnsure compliance with ADA/ABA requirements where applicableParticipate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident prevention initiativesVerify installations prior to inspection and turnover

    Carpentry & Technical Duties

    Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and layoutsPerform and oversee wood and light-gauge metal framing for walls, partitions, ceilings, soffits, and related assembliesLay out walls, doors, frames, ceilings, and fixtures using accurate measurements and layout toolsInstall drywall systems, including cutting, hanging, fastening, and preparation for finishingInstall hollow metal and wood door frames, doors, and related components to required tolerancesInstall door hardware, including hinges, locks, closers, panic devices, stops, kick plates, and accessories per hardware schedulesInstall acoustical ceiling systems, including grid, tiles, light trims, and access panelsInstall bath accessories, toilet partitions, blocking, millwork, casework, shelving, and specialty carpentry itemsPerform punch-list, corrective, and closeout work as required

    Communication & Documentation

    Communicate daily with project superintendent, project manager, quality managers, inspectors, and other tradesProvide accurate daily updates on progress, manpower, material needs, and field issuesAssist with daily reports, timekeeping, and documentation as requiredRepresent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders

    General Duties

    Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsiteAssist with material handling, site logistics, and selective demolition as neededWork independently and as part of a leadership team while maintaining productivity, quality, and schedule adherence


    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    Minimum 10+ years of commercial carpentry experience, with prior foreman or lead carpenter experience preferredStrong working knowledge of commercial and federal construction requirements, methods, materials, and sequencingExperience laying out work, supervising carpentry crews and managing daily work activitiesProficient in metal framing, drywall, doors/frames/hardware, acoustical ceilings, millwork, and bath accessoriesSolid understanding of building codes and quality control requirements, and knowledge of ADA/ABA accessibility requirementsAbility to read, interpret, and execute work from construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and schedule performanceAbility to lift materials, work from ladders/lifts, and perform physical laborReliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites as neededProfessional appearance, attitude, and leadership presence


    Working Conditions

    Work performed primarily on active Federal and Commercial construction sites (indoor and outdoor). Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and lifting materials 50+ lbs. Exposure to varying weather conditions, construction noise, and jobsite hazards.
