Compensation That Rewards Expertise
$100,000 to $170,000 per yearBase salaryCommission on every job soldCommission paid in two stages:First portion at depositFinal portion upon job completionUnlimited earning potential for driven professionals who know how to closeWhat You’ll Do
This is a senior-level commercial sales role for someone who can operate independently and professionally.
Develop and manage relationships with commercial clientsProspect new business through calls, emails, and site visitsPerform in-person estimates and material takeoffsConsult with clients on the best coating systems for their facilitiesWork closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoffsWho We’re Looking For (Read Carefully)
This role is not entry-level.
You must have:
5+ years of proven experience selling commercial concrete coatingsHands-on knowledge of:Floor prepEpoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and seamless coating systemsPrior experience producing accurate commercial estimatesA positive professional referralStrong self-motivation and discipline—no micromanagement hereDO NOT APPLY unless you are an expert in commercial concrete coatings sales.
