Duties
Assist in various classrooms (preschool through 5th grade) as needed.Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.Follow all daily routines, safety protocols, and center policies.Step in for staff absences, breaks, and ratio support.Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families
Requirements
Prior experience working with young children is strongly preferred.Flexibility and reliability are essential.Ability to adapt quickly to different age groups and classroom settings.Must be able to meet state licensing requirements (including background check).CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
