    Superintendent Summary: A well-established heavy civil contractor is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee site development projects including grading stormwater systems and utilities. This role requires strong coordination with Owners Engineers Project Managers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely on schedule and in compliance with contract specifications. The Superintendent will play a key leadership role in planning executing and closing out commercial and municipal infrastructure projects. Superintendent Responsibilities: - Supervise on-site construction activities for grading stormwater and utility scopes on commercial site development projects. - Collaborate with Owners Engineers and Project Management to interpret and execute work in line with contract drawings and specifications. - Plan daily and weekly construction activities including crew assignments equipment and materials. - Identify and mitigate jobsite risks related to safety schedule logistics and construction methods. - Lead pre-construction and daily production meetings to ensure alignment across all project crews. - Coordinate inspections and ensure all mandated inspections are completed on time. - Monitor and report progress against schedule and budget; implement corrective actions as needed. - Direct subcontractors work and adjust schedules and scopes as necessary to maintain alignment with the project plan. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of necessary materials and equipment. - Oversee project closeout activities ensuring all deliverables are met in accordance with client and company requirements. - Uphold and promote company values and commitment to safety quality and operational excellence.
