  ABOUT THE ROLE

  Were hiring an experienced Installer/Carpenter to join our team installing premium outdoor structures such as patio covers, motorized louvered roof systems, screen rooms, and enclosed outdoor living spaces. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent year-round work, a supportive crew environment, and opportunities for advancement into lead installation roles.
  

  
  

  If you have hands-on construction or installation experience and enjoy managing crews and job sites throughout the Valley, including Phoenix, Glendale, Gilbert, and surrounding areas, this could be a great fit.

  
  

  WHAT YOULL DO

  Lead projects, supervise a small crew, and install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures, louvered roofs, and screen roomsRead and interpret project plans; measure and layout job sites accuratelyCut, assemble, and install aluminum framing, louvers, retractable screens, and related componentsPerform basic electrical hookups for powered systems (training provided)Keep job sites safe, organized, and clean while maintaining tools and company vehicle in good conditionCommunicate with project managers and sales to align on project detailsUpdate project status, track materials, and coordinate with the warehouse teamOccasionally assist with local trade shows or product displaysRepresent Suncoast professionally with a customer-first approach on every job

  
  

  WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  13 years of experience in construction, framing, or exterior installation (or equivalent skills)Comfortable leading a small crewAbility to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors varying conditionsValid drivers license, reliable transportation and clean driving record (required)Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and reading measurementsComfortable using phone or tablet for basic project updatesDependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
