This role is national in scope and open to candidates who have demonstrated success working effectively in a distributed, hybrid environment. While we operate with flexibility, the majority of our team is based in one of our physical offices, and we believe that certain work is best done in person. We value the rhythm of hybrid work-but we also know when to show up, in person, to do the work that matters most.
Key moments where we come together are team collaboration, strategic planning, creative problem-solving, culture-building, mentoring/training, and leadership development. In addition, many of our client engagements are in-person interactions to build relationships, gain empathy for the users of the space, and facilitate high-impact working sessions. We believe these interactions-both internal and client-facing-build trust and momentum in ways that virtual environments can't always replicate.
Candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone and within a reasonable, efficient travel distance to one of our offices in Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; or Greensboro, NC. This typically means being within driving distance or a short, direct flight away-close enough to be onsite regularly and able to travel quickly when needed.
This role is not suited for fully remote candidates or those requiring complex or infrequent travel to reach an office or client site.
