We are seeking a Psychotherapist to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or family setting. In search of therapist to contribute to practice growth to provide psychotherapy both remotely and in person settings. Work in collaboration with PMHNP with existing and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Counsel and advise individuals or couples to promote improve outcomesDevelop and implement individual treatment plansEstablish treatment goals and milestones with clientsPrepare progress reports and letters for relevant partiesEducate families and clients with different treatments modalitiesFacilitate referrals to other healthcare or counseling professionalsQualifications:
