We provide sophisticated legal counsel tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them preserve assets, efficiently transfer wealth, and achieve long-term financial goals. The team leverages deep expertise in estate and trust administration, corporate structure and transactions, tax planning, and charitable giving strategies to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients seeking to secure their legacies for future generations. ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on all aspects of estate planning, probate, and trust administrationDraft and review basic and advanced estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, SLAT’s, GRAT’s, ILITs, IDGT’s, family limited partnerships, and LLC’sRepresent fiduciaries in the administration of complex estates and trusts, including the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returnsProvide guidance on federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxesDevelop and implement charitable estate planning strategies, including the drafting of CRUT’s, CRAT’s, CLAT’s, and establishment of private foundationsUtilize AI-powered tools to enhance estate planning workflows and client serviceQualificationsMinimum of 10 years’ experience in estate planning, estate administration, and trust administrationExtensive knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxesDemonstrated ability to draft both basic and complex estate planning documentsExperience representing fiduciaries in estate and trust administrationStrong charitable estate planning background, including private foundations and charitable trustsProficiency in leveraging AI for estate planning practiceLicensed to practice law in OhioHow to Apply
