  Pay: $20-23/hour plus bonus pay for completing jobs in a timely fashion.
  
  $2500 Sign On Bonus for experienced (2 Years) High Rise candidates
  
  Duties & Responsibilities: Descend buildings that are 3 floors and above by rope access methods, chair, and or swing stage Exterior/Interior window cleaning Exterior pressure washing Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 65lbs Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0-100 degrees 1099 Positions Available

  Pay: $30-45/hour
  Duties and Responsibilities:

  Perform skilled tasks including all levels of maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on a wide variety of natural gas engines and compressorsTroubleshoot and diagnose all levels of compressor system failures and optimize compression equipment performanceComply with all company and customer policies and proceduresComplete appropriate paperwork as directedContinually hone and develop skills in line with technological advances in the industryAble to work in a team environment as a contributing team member and capable of working alone when required Present a professional image

  Qualifications:

  Proficient in compressor and engine maintenancePossess basic knowledge of surface production equipmentTroubleshooting skills to general electronic and mechanical control problemsBe able to operate all types of diagnostic tools and have a full set of hand tools as defined by company standardsWilling to travel for short and extended periods of timeWilling to work different shifts and take call-outsGood customer-relation skillsAttend training classes and/or seminars as required.Should have general computer skills and be capable of utilizing the computer as an appropriate diagnostic toolMust live in the Cotulla, Dilley, or Pearsall area.

  Education and/or Experience:

  High School Diploma or GEDFormal vocational training preferredThree to five years of engine and compressor maintenance experienceCaterpillar and Waukesha engine experienceAriel, GE, and other gas compressor experience

  Language Skills

  Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English

  Certificates and Licenses:

  Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license as well as maintain an acceptable driving recordCAT Training preferred

  Description: New Tech Global is looking for a Construction Materials Testing Project Manager for a client based out of Tulsa, OK.
  
  General Responsibilities:
  
  Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of a small to medium sized project.Works with client or NAM to define project scope, schedule and budget.Design, communicate, and implement a project plan for completing the project.Leads safety efforts including preparation and compliance with approved safety plan.Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. This may include preparing calculations, designs, reports and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.Partner with other departments or offices to secure specialized resources for the project.Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.Coordinates with APR to ensure appropriate oversight is in place and sufficient time allowed for reviews of all critical junctures.Coordinates with accounting for financial management of business intelligence, invoicing and collectionsDevelop understanding and be aware of project-related risk. Be familiar with what could go wrong on a project and how to protect the Company. Be familiar with company risk policies.Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrates safety practices. Promote pre-task planning for all projects.Responsible for continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Monitor and promote quality standards and practices.Responsible for providing consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery. Engage APRs on projects at their onset.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 5 years' related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years' related experience.Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
  
  Preferred Certification:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the type of services and projects being managed.
