Ability to demonstrate quality On-Air sound, creative multimedia production and an active interest in the local community.Good computer skills and a working knowledge of digital editing tools for production, programming, script writing and information updates utilized on-air, on-line, mobile and voice applications.A Strong understanding of production techniques, particularly proper utilization and workflow timing necessary for both On-Air delivery and Multimedia production.Good interpersonal and communication skills to foster a harmonious working relationship with members of the NMB team.Sports Play-by-Play a definite Plus ... News & Sports writing skills a double Plus!All Radio stations broadcast HD and either simulcast or multicast separate programming.
We maintain separate mobile apps, voice skills, and social networking sites for each or our main broadcast channels and seek talent to help aid development of our other digital initiatives.
News and Sports writing skills and Play-by-Play experience offer additional income opportunities. On-Air personnel are the Radio station’s voice and often the people with whom the public relates. An enclosed vehicle in good operating condition is a necessary requirement. We are located approximately two miles north of the city and weather conditions demand a four wheel, all wheel or front wheel drive vehicle with good ground clearance.
