Impact: With a consistent customer-facing presence this role will quickly strengthen Majestics visibility and position us to stand out and win in a highly competitive market What Youll Do: Build and strengthen relationships with customers through on-site visits needs assessments and consultative selling. Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets. Manage existing accounts to ensure retention satisfaction and growth. Present Majestics products and value-added services to educate and influence purchasing decisions. Analyze account performance and develop strategies to increase sales and market share. Collaborate with internal teamsincluding operations procurement and customer serviceto deliver seamless customer experiences. Prepare and maintain accurate sales records forecasts and customer documentation. Represent Majestic at trade shows product seminars and industry events while staying informed on steel market trends and competitive activity. Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned Who Were Looking For: Education Experience: Marketing Business Finance or related field or equivalent experience. Minimum four (4) years of consultative sales experience ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Two (2) years of outside sales experience in steel metal or realted industry Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications Skills: Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills. Strong relationship builder who connects authentically with customers. Strategic self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Additional Must be able to work outside normal business hours as needed. Proven ability to work efficiently from a home office setting.
