    At Larson Financial Holdings, LLC we are looking for a dynamic, motivated human resource professional to join our dynamic team as a Corporate Recruiter/HR Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting top talent. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver innovative recruitment solutions and ensure a seamless candidate experience. With a focus on strategic recruitment and employee engagement, you'll help build a workforce that reflects our commitment to excellence and empowering all to flourish.


    Job Responsibilities

    Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Manage and maintain job postings on various job boards and company website.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with successful candidates.Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics and KPIs.Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking opportunities to promote the company brand.Assist with the onboarding processes for new hires.Assist with the HR onboarding meetings.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.Provide support and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and strategies.Requirements:

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environmentStrong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategiesExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databasesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with employment laws and regulationsProven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidatesHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience in developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

    The Opportunity

    We're seeking an Accounting Manager with strong technical chops to lead our financial reporting and support our internal and external audit processes. This is an ideal role for a CPA who's ready to own key areas of the close, elevate internal controls, and partner cross-functionally - without getting pulled into transactional details.     What You'll Do Support the month-end and quarter-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting schedulesLead the preparation of internal and external financial statements and ensure compliance with US GAAPManage the audit process: coordinate deliverables, liaise with auditors, and ensure timely resolution of audit requestsMaintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies, ensuring consistency and audit readinessAssist with financial planning efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation, especially in reporting and compliance workflowsCollaborate across Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy and consistencySupport special projects (e.g., M&A integration, system upgrades, cross-entity reporting)
    Requirements:

    What You Bring

    CPA license (required)Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity environmentStrong technical accounting skills and a deep understanding of GAAPExperience with audits (public or private), including preparation of PBCs and interaction with external auditorsSolid command of Excel and accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA growth mindset - always looking to learn, adapt, and take initiative Why Join Larson?
