This role is onsite and based at our Deep Eddy Vodka location in Buda, TX. Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 5:30am-4:00pm.
What the Role Is
The Processing Team Member will be responsible for distilling, gauging, filtering and processing product in accordance to the production schedules. This position will support ensuring we are meeting demands and alleviate any disruption in manufacturing of the product.
How You Will Spend Your Time?
Operation and maintenance of all equipment used in the processing of distilled spirits. Including but, not limited to: column/pot stills, chiller, boiler, tanks, centrifugal, rubber impeller pumps, guth mixers, floor/bench top scales, butterfly/ball valves and plate/frame filters. Create shop orders in IFS based on the production schedule to accurately track and record depletion of inventory items.Accurately and efficiently process distilled spirits to desired flavor based on shop orders from IFS. Ensure all Good Manufacturing Processes are followed while out on the production and processing floor.Check quality control parameters set for product to be produced during the shift.Document all information in IFS. Inform supervisor of any ingredients that need replenishing. Take initiative to avoid down time through utilization of time management skills. Work with bottling lines to ensure tanks are being bottled correctly, to keep both departments on track. What the Role Is
Philadelphia Distilling has a beautiful tasting room and enclosed patio capable of hosting over 150 people as well as an exclusive 65-seat 4th floor private events space. After a dedicated prep day on Wednesday, we run regular bar service Thursday-Sunday, often with concurrent private events. Additionally, we regularly host full buyout weddings and corporate events in addition to our smaller events throughout the year. Because our mission revolves around brand advocacy and outreach, we also have a robust offsite event/tasting program that could require local travel.
The Bar Manager at Philadelphia Distilling will lead and elevate all aspects of beverage service and front-of-house operations. This individual will serve as a key operational leader and brand ambassador, responsible for supervising bar staff, managing beverage logistics, developing the beverage program and educational initiatives, and representing the brand internally and externally. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will work closely with the kitchen and event teams to ensure top-quality execution of all aspects of the beverage program. This is a hands-on role requiring presence during peak service hours and key events.
How You Will Spend Your Time?
Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficient workflow, cleanliness, and organization.Develop and update cocktail menus in collaboration with the bar, distilling, and marketing teams, showcasing spirits creatively and effectively.Create and implement build sheets, prep guides, well maps, and other documents to outline the standard operating procedures for the bar program.Assess pars and delegate prep tasks to ensure sufficient stocking of bar ingredients.Assist with the menu creation for all events and donations.Manage ordering, inventory tracking, and stock rotation for all bar-related supplies, spirits, and dry goods.Act as a brand ambassador during public-facing events, on and off location.Work with the bar team to organize their ideas and bring them to the distilling team to develop new in-house products.Conduct 1-on-1 training for new staff members, ensuring comprehensive onboarding and consistent service standards in collaboration with the General Manager.Organize and facilitate brand education and tastings for FOH staff, working alongside distillers and Heaven Hill sales reps for product knowledge.Analyze sales and implement strategies to improve profitability and minimize waste in collaboration with the General Manager.Support General Manager in creation and communication of weekly pre-shift notes, position charts, and food and drink menus for the tasting room.Support General Manager in daily accounting and cash handling.Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.Ensure all drinks meet quality and service standards.Assist in guest-facing roles as needed to ensure quality service standards are maintained.Enforce all legal requirements and company policies relating to alcohol service.Support General Manager with ensuring staff are certified and trained in responsible alcohol service.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with local health regulationsRepresent the brand and the company during your professional and personal interactions.Foster a positive and collaborative culture that embodies the Spirited CommitmentWho You Are…

What the Role Is
Under the supervision of the Assistant General Counsel, the Senior Corporate Counsel will provide comprehensive legal counsel, support, and risk analysis on a variety of topics across the enterprise. The individual in this position will act as the primary legal liaison to the Human Resources and Total Rewards Departments on labor and employment matters and support the Company in the management and resolution of disputes and litigation. The position will also liaise with outside counsel, draft, negotiate, and review various types of commercial transactions and company contracts, provide counsel to the Company’s various operating entities, including legal support of the Regulatory Compliance, Environmental, and Health & Safety Departments, support or lead internal and any external investigations as assigned, and work on special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have substantial employment law (Union/Labor experience also preferred) and commercial contract experience, as well as excellent analytical skills, the ability to navigate complex state and federal regulatory statutes. Excellent communication skills to allow effective interactions with outside counsel and cross-functional team members, ability to work collaboratively and manage numerous projects simultaneously, and ability to provide real-time advisement and work independently to meet quick deadlines are also key.
