    Responsibilities

    As a Project Manager, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with managing the Project Team in all aspects of the build resulting in completion of the project on time, under budget, and with quality that exceeds the expectations of IEI and our Clients.

    A. Project Start Up

    Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.Develop a schedule for all phases the build.Assist with permits, required due dates, and communicate any impact to the proposed schedule.Develop and implement project specific processes and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    The In-House Counsel will provide legal support across the organization with a primary focus on construction contract review/negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution. This role is responsible for reviewing and negotiating owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, managing general liability claims, assisting with insurance matters, and supporting business operations through practical, risk-balanced legal guidance.     A. Contract Review & Negotiation

    Review, draft, and negotiate construction-related agreements, including owner contract, subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.Provide clear, risk-based guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and risk allocation.Ensure consistency with company standards and alignment with applicable laws, industry best practices, and insurance products.

    B. Claims & Risk Management

    Manage and oversee general liability claims, including coordination with insurers, brokers, and outside counsel.Investigate and evaluate claims exposure and develop resolution strategies.Track and report on claims status, trends, and risk mitigation opportunities.

    C. Dispute Resolution

    Assist in the resolution of project-related disputes, including payment disputes, performance issues, and contractual claims.Engage in early dispute resolution strategies to minimize litigation exposure.Support mediation, arbitration, and litigation efforts as needed, including managing outside counsel.

    D. Insurance & Risk Transfer

    Participate in the annual insurance renewal process, including policy review, coverage analysis, and collaboration with brokers and leadership.Review and advise on insurance requirements in contracts to ensure alignment with company risk management objectives.Coordinate and collaborate with insurance brokers, underwriters, and claims professionals for the purpose of identifying and protecting against enterprise and project risk in addition to resolving encountered issues.

    Responsibilities

    As a Payroll Administrator, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with routinely, accurately, and consistently processes payroll in a manner that minimizes errors, redundancies, discrepancies, and reconciliations by following established procedures and processes.

    A.      Duties

    ·         Collect Excel based time sheets from job sites.

    ·         Import time sheets into Viewpoint payroll system via upload procedures.

    ·         Review and verify hours, union class, and rates.

    ·         Print, sort, distribute payroll checks.

    ·         ACH payment initiation.

    ·         Shortage and layoff processing timely as requested.

    ·         Enter and maintain accurate employee records including current W4, state withholdings, I9, and other required documents.

    ·         Accounts payable entry for Union payments.

    B.      Skills

    ·         Perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

    A.      Personnel

    Determine field personnel needs and assign work based on the project.Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of field personnel and subcontractors.Plan and coordinate all phases of the project with Project and Operations Managers.Inspect, approve, and report all labor time.        

    B.      Safety

    Monitor jobsite safety and take appropriate action to address and correct safety deficiencies.Conduct weekly "Toolbox Talks" and maintain all associated reports.Investigate and report any accident or incident to Risk Management, Corporate Safety Director, and Project Manager.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations including safety, health, and welfare.       

    C.     Jobsite

    Train field personnel in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and company policies.Create and accurately maintain cost/labor reports, maintain field P.O.'s and rental logs.Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and machinery are properly maintained.  Arrange for repairs/replacements, as necessary.Routinely inspect the construction site and work progress to maintain compliance with contract specifications along with company quality and safety standards.

    Construction Superintendent

    Responsibilities

    As a Construction Superintendent, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member working closely with the Project Manager and the entire Project Team resulting in completion of the project on time, under budget, and with quality that exceeds the expectations of F.A. Wilhelm and our Clients.             

    A.      Personnel

    Determine field personnel needs and assign work based on the project.Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of field personnel and subcontractors.Plan and coordinate all phases of the project with Project and Operations Managers.Inspect, approve, and report all labor time.        

    B.      Safety

    Monitor jobsite safety and take appropriate action to address and correct safety deficiencies.Conduct weekly "Toolbox Talks" and maintain all associated reports.Investigate and report any accident or incident to Risk Management, Corporate Safety Director, and Project Manager.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations including safety, health, and welfare.       

    C.     Jobsite

    Train field personnel in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures and company policies.Create and accurately maintain cost/labor reports, maintain field P.O.'s and rental logs.Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and machinery are properly maintained.  Arrange for repairs/replacements, as necessary.Routinely inspect the construction site and work progress to maintain compliance with contract specifications along with company quality and safety standards.

    What it takes

    10 years of field construction experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in superintendent roleKnowledgeable of Construction methodsOsha 30 certification preferred.
