    I'm a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and Ive spent the past 17 years building a career around helping people protect what matters most. Before opening my agency, I worked as a team member for another State Farm agent, which gave me the foundation to create a successful business centered on exceptional customer service and strong relationships.

    Our office is friendly, laid-back, and collaborative a place where we work hard, celebrate wins, and always keep our focus on delivering top-tier service. My team has been with me for many years, and that longevity speaks to the supportive, team-oriented culture weve built. Currently, we are a close-knit group of three, and were excited to grow with new team members who share our passion for helping others.

    ROLE DESCRIPTION:
    As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Deatria Walker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.QUALIFICATIONS:
    Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.Leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting sales targets.Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

    Deatria Walker - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
    Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.Communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
