  Experienced Carpenter / Basement Finisher Requirements:
  
  5 years of finished carpentry work including framing walls, hanging doors, installing ceilings, and fllooring.A positive attitudeExcellent communication skillsInterest in growing with the companyWillingness to work overtimeBe a team playerA desire to establish a positive work cultureOSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
  Experienced Carpenter Compensation: Production pay based on revenue generated on the job. Experienced and efficient installers have high earning potential.
  
  Experienced Carpenter Minimum Requirements:
  
  Construction/Carpentry: 2+ yearsMust be 18 or olderMust have a valid drivers license
  Lake Country Basement Finishing is the sister company of the Twin Cities North branch of The Brothers that just do Gutters. This branch is expanding and is a rapidly growing, locally owned distributor of specialized basement finishing system.
