Share in the accountability/responsibility of monthly inventory. Supports other locations as needed. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  Valid state motor vehicle operator's license and good driving record preferred. Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks. Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional training in supervisory skills, agronomic background and budgeting desired.

Provide support to the procurement team to provide input as necessary on issues of supply, production scheduling, inventory, management, etc. Lead and follow processes and procedures to ensure compliance with AgState's and Federal/State regulatory requirements (i.e., OSHA, HACCP, EPA, SFSF, FSMA, CGMP.) Operate control room/scale in feed mill setting providing sound technical ability. Receive feed ingredients and transfer to appropriate bins. Fill feed orders daily, ensuring quality and satisfaction for the customer base. Follow processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements such as OSHA, EPA, HACCP, GMP, FSMA, etc. Assist with the performance of daily maintenance checks on all running equipment. Make minor improvements to equipment and facilities, as needed. Perform preventative maintenance and general housekeeping sweep and clean mill to maintain appropriate dust levels and maintain AgState's image.
