Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Packaging: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring top-quality presentation and precision.Labeling & Sticker Application: Apply appropriate labels and stickers to products and packages before shipment.Quality Control: Inspect items for defects or damage and promptly report issues to management.Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and stock tracking to ensure accurate inventory records.Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by following all safety procedures.Shipping & Receiving Support: Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments; organize materials as needed.Additional Tasks: Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including occasional overtime when required. Qualifications Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment and labeling.Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively to achieve daily goals.Reliable & Punctual: Consistent attendance and dependability are essential.Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
